Internship (1 Month+)

What are your day-to-day activities?

As a Health and Safety Intern in a group role, I oversee the health and safety aspects across all the Müller sites, rather than focusing on a specific site and its associated challenges. My daily responsibilities include monitoring incidents across the Muller sites, devising innovative methods to promote health and safety, and working on numerous H&S projects.

What is a project you have worked on that supports our People

Planet Partner initiative

As a Health and Safety Intern, you also get to be involved in numerous sustainability projects, which include collaborating with teams in Germany and different UK sites, to ensure the company is compliant to our current climate regulations. In addition, I assist in developing programs to educate all employees about sustainability, raising awareness about environmental issues, and encouraging practices that help reduce their carbon footprint at work.

What have you enjoyed most about working in a cohort?

Being part of a cohort at Müller is incredibly fun. With everyone going through similar experiences and journeys, the start of the placement is significantly less daunting. Additionally, having numerous development days throughout the year provides the perfect opportunity to catch up with everyone and build on the great friendships you make.
