I really enjoyed the work placement as I was given real work to do from the start with real responsibity It was fast paced and varied to give a realistic insight into what working for the company would be like
The internship was varied and exciting throughout

The work was interesting and the colleagues were friendly
Whilst unsure if his is the career path I would like to pursue then again an internship is where you go to find these things out I did genuinely enjoy my time with Allianz being given real responsibility from the first day working on my own project
Having never worked before I enjoyed the oppurtunity to engage in business situations and meet many new people who I could learn from
Great support and encouragement good balance of teaching and individual tasks amazing group of people thoroughly enjoyed it
It was at times a very frustrating experience I was not able to contribute much to my team due to a skills mismatch I was not able to help my team with their main duties due to the nature of their work which meant that I was not able to get as much out
The placement was valuable in the way that it provided an insight to the world of insurance but the work was somewhat dull and lacking in variation Not pitched at the right level for university students
Fantastic office they balanced the need for my exposure to opportunities to help get the most out of my placement whilst also giving me real responsibilitys which mirrored the work done by the new business team
I had a great time and learned a lot valuable experience
Challenging at times but very enjoyable
Very good company to work at but the work placement I was given was irrelevant to my career aspirations and did not make use of my skill set
