This was by far the best placement ive had during my studies
At some points during the placement I was put on the till that was furthest away from the pharmacy area I was a bit dissapointed with this as I was there for a pharmacy placement I wasnt there to run the tills just because the pharmacy was understaffed
I did really enjoy the placement however there were quite a few times where I was left alone with other peoples jobs to do as well as my own
The placement was okay It was interesting to be able to get a feel of the pharmacy environment as I havent worked in a pharmacy before
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement the staff were polite and made me feel welcome and I felt involved with the daily tasks as a contributor
It was a very busy pharmacy compared to my previous experiences therefor i did learn a lot but did not get enough time to complete the student workbook

The shop was busy so I was kept working all day which made the time enjoyable and it went in very quickly
I enjoyed my placement as I was given the oppurtunity to do so much for example councelling patients with their medicines as well as sorting out prescription related enquries which involved phoning the GP furthermore i was given alot of responsibility
Well organised placement with a folder with things to do to help guide you through the placement and make the most out of your time there
I liked the staff integration and trust built I was welcomed and integrated quickly as a member of a recongnised team
It helped me learn a lot for what I wanted to do in the future
I really enjoyed my time working for Lloydspharmacy their team was friendly and supportive so If I had any questions I could always go to them for advice
I got to experience every aspect of working in a pharmacy and more insight on the role as a community pharmacist
the staff in the pharmacy were always willing to help Although the store is a very busy one the staff here did not mind showing me how things were done and they always had a smile on their faces Was an absolute pleasure working with them
I really enjoyed the placement due to the people that I work with I do however feel I was given a little too much work to do for a placement student which gave me hardly any time to fill in my placement work book Sometimes it got slightly stressful as
I enjoyed my placement a lot as it gave me invaluable experiences that I can take back to my university and will no doubt help me with my studies The experience is always a positive and I was thrown in the deep end and in a way it turned out to work for
