It was quite enjoyable At times I felt unchallenged and bored though There was a feeling that the work we were doing was unimportant and would be ignored once we left
The project I had the opportunity to work on was really interesting and we produced a tangible result which will have an impact in the company so it was really worthwhile National Grid provides lots of opportunities to experience a huge range of aspects
Excellent practical work experience main project was technicalbased had a lot of databased smaller projects as well
Lots of variety and chances to move around the company to see other areas but some other placements were in roles not degree related
