It wasnt the job i was looking for but it was more than i expected A real insight into healthcare management
During my placement I had significant responsibilities that directly contributed towards the health groups workload It was challenging but greatly rewarding I learnt a great deal about the organisation and how to work within it
I enjoyed it very much and received a good induction into the trust including time in theatres and shaddowing different people However I was left with little to do on occasions
Gained such a range of experience and met so many new people
The placement was very well structured and was given a lot of oppurtunities throughout the year
I enjoyed my placement with Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust emensley I felt really engaged with the work I was set and could see how it would directly help and improve the department going forward
I thoroughly enjoyed my work placement
There were so many people on holidays in August which meant some tasks had to be left out
I really enjoyed my job everyday was a challenge Was given alot of responsibililes
yes but it could have been alot more varied and i could have been given more responsibilities
Lots of new experiences but lots of paperwork
It can get a bit quiet during the last week of the month but apart from that its fine
I found my experience enjoyable and the work was challenging at times
