Working for Triumph has been a true experience I have gained so much in terms of knowledge but also how to apply that knowledge in a practical situation I was chucked in at the deep end and treated as a full time employee Over my 14 months I was given
It has been a fantastic experience and one which I definitely hope to continue once I have completed university I have been able to work on a vast range of projects across a number of different bikes in various disciplines utilising a large proportion
My Placement at Triumph Motorcycles Ltd started with mostly Inductions greetings and learning I felt like I wanted to dive straight in as soon as I got there but now I realise I could not have done that After the first month my responsibilities grew
Overall I have enjoyed my placement year I was given a lot of responsibility and was left to defend for myself
