Very enjoyable the people I was working with were fantastic and very welcoming The work was interesting and the development activities organised were very valuable
I was provided high level work from the outset and a multitude of opportunities to network and experience other areas and departments within the civil service
I really enjoyed my internship I anticipated that it would be good beforehand but it far exceeded my expectations
I was placed in a department that was not very reflective of a graduate job level and was very quiet during the time I was there but nonetheless took the opportunity to work for other departments which was very interesting
I greatly enjoyed my internship It was well put together by the central Faststream team
The SDIP was extremely enjoyable and a fantastic experience
The internship itself has been INCREDIBLE by far the best professional experience I have ever experienced Ive been able to see innumerable sides to the civil service from the daytoday runnings of things to sitting in on ministers meetings to meet
It was a good insight to the civil service but made me realise it wasnt for me
Working at the Civil Service was one of the few experiences that Ive had which made me realise what I want to do as a future career
Really worthwhile experience fantastic environment friendly
The work was varied and mostly enjoyable
Really interesting getting involved in real high profile issues that are affecting the UK currently
I was given a range of work to do and was in a field I was really interested in Financial Stability A few character clashes with some colleagues dampened the experience however although I guess I needed to encounter that sooner or later in my career
It was very varied work
Amazing Would definately wholeheartedly recommend the Summer Diversity Internship Programme to all those that qualify
The actual job was quite boring but the other opportunities I got through this internship were incredible
