I really enjoyed this placement in the recruitment team at PwC Throughout the year I was given a lot more responsibility and the role was really varied
During my work placement I met a lot of new people many of who I will keep in touch with I had the same opportunities as the first year graduates and the experience gained provided a valuable start to my career
The work involved was highlighy challenging and very fast paced although having to commit a lot of time to get to grips with the job was incredibly rewarding when it all paid off

Despite the long hours I have enjoyed working for PwC theres usually a good team spirit when working on an audit

It was a variable experience I enjoyed the social side and the people but found the job itself a bit tedious and unrewarding
I had an awesome intake everyone is really helpful I learned lots and I hope to come back after I graduate
I found it to be a very supporting environment and I had dedicated enthusiastic colleagues However sometimes I felt office politics was slowing down work and the teams capacity to deliver valuable work
I really enjoyed working at PwC the internship was well setup with plenty of work but also a lot of time to explore the different aspects of the company It was also in my experience at least not too demanding in terms of the time that I was required
I found my job very enjoybale It was diverse enabling me to not only see different roles within my department but I was able to see different Lines of Servie within the company
At the start of my summer internship I really wasnt enjoying myself I think it was the shock of going from living a student lifestyle to being immersed in fulltime work and not having any previous audit experience so feeling a bit lost at times Howev
was a great experience and hopefully invaluable
Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects In hindsight and comparing with friends experiences at other banks I felt the structure allowed me to really make the most of the network within the bank Each week was filled with events designed to allow me to explore Pw
Very much It was very broad and lots of responsibility was given to us It was good to do 3 different desk rotations to get a better idea of the different areas products and roles There was also lots of other activities socials etc scattered through
The oil and gas talent academy was extremely enjoyable The staff had put a lot of work into organising different QAs and activities which made the time fly by
Thoroughly It was a bit challenging at times but on the whole it was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely do it again if I had the chance
