It took a while to get into it as I had no idea what Regulatory and Compliance was however when I become more confident in the work I was doing I was able to enjoy the job day to day
some good days some bad days overall not bad but a lot of the time the tasks were not challenging
I found that the job itself was quite easy and lacked a little challenge so I proposed new ideas and was somewhat allowed to set my own tasks which made up for this

Had a lot of freedom in developing my assigned projects in terms of research contacting suppliers chemical formulation and experiment design and execution as well as sensory testing and data compilation
