Good fun i enjoyed my time learnt a lot about the company its culture and how much it looks after it employees
I enjoyed to work itself particularly because I was given the opportunity to make a tangible difference to the company I worked at one of their smaller sites and while there are many students at Derby my site Hucknall is in an extremely quiet area
I had an absolutelty fantastic time I must stress though that I had to put alot of work into the year to get the very most out of my time at RollsRoyce PLC HR are extremely friendly and targets set by managers are challanging but achievable giving
This placement was amazing always great fun and something to keep me occupied

Really good insight into realengineering Most jobs were based in the office but plenty of oppotunities to go out and visit workshop floors research centres test beds and other UK sites if you make the most of it
