I liked the fact that people were always ready to help and that my learning was always facilitated wherever possible
The company itself is a great place to learn Everyone is friendly and encouraging A more traditional transparent picking system for the desks may help and more info about each desk before starting would be very helpful
It has been my second experience at RBS Before the summer internship I did a 6 months internship at RBS Paris I really enjoyed my time there and I had the same feeling once in London RBS is a really welcoming bank with managers always ready to answer
Enjoyable at the start but became more of a struggle as the weeks went on
The atmosphere was really pleasant the work was interesting and the worklife balance was okay so I could actually enjoy London in the weekend
