Brilliant RBS assembled a real diverse group of people from many relevant sectors such as marketing trading and finance and gave us a real treat of information A great insight into how banking actually works
Overall it was a good experience and the insight was very interesting
Great balance between presentations and work shadowing meant that it was both insightful and enjoyable
I really enjoyed all of it apart from one of the talks which was not relevant to my business area
The insight was invaluable to me as it showed me the investment banking was not an industry I intend to pursue a future career in
I enjoyed the most rotation I had everyone was really lovely and friendly and they spend time to show me patiently how the bank works and what they do on a day to day basis
