A fantastic week that gave a unique insight into RBS
Really enjoyed myself The programme was really well structured and the people both at RBS and in the programme were really great to hang around with and talk to
A useful insight into the industry and RBS provision of accommodation and social events made it all the more enjoyable
The spring week was very helpful for undergrads who are new to the industry and have only a limited financial background There were two days of technical training and overviews two days of work shadowing and finally an assessment centre and CSR activity
The week was well spaced out with opportunities for work shadowing and networking I really enjoyed it
The whole week was really well planned and a lot of effort was put into making the insight as informative as possible
I have learnt a lot whether in terms of knowledge or soft skills which was really great
