A really enjoybale week
The insight week was very informative and engaging with well organised days packed out with activities which kept students on their feet whilst giving them an introduction to a banking environment
I really enjoyed the insight There was one day where I felt unvalued and patronised and I considered not returning However aside from that I thought it was wellstructured informative and a great opportunity to meet new people

The insight week is enjoyable because you are amongst likeminded people who are happy to discuss current bankingeconomy issues and have a wellinformed view The Corporate Banking programme allows for job shadowing in multiple areas of the Corporate Ban

The Spring week in Corporate Banking Division of RBS was amazing I learned a lot about the industry and the bank had the opportunity to network with senior executives took part in numerous reallife cases group works and presentations

There were a variety of opportunities for work shadowing which I really enjoyed because I could build my experience of working in diverse environments

Even though we were assessed throughout the week it was a very enjoyable experience Met some great people gained some invaluable experience in a job application process and how a business works
I was in the Corporate Bank and saw many different roles that were on offer here it was great to see the huge variety of jobs there is definitely something for everyone

Overall it was exactly what you would expect from an insight week Gaining key insights into various functions around the company and also the time to interact with staff and graduates with a fast track assessment for internships
