It was a very enjoyable week where you were able to learn a lot about RBS banking and network with fellow graduates and RBS staff
A real insight into the business exactly what I was expecting from a spring insight week Lots of social events and networking meant that we got to explore RBS and get a feel for what it would be like to work there
The week was packed full of talks presentations job shadowing networking events and the chance to take part in a group presentation There was always something for us to do
Found it very stimulating to see areas of the company that were completely new to me such as Cooprate Security Services
The insight week was a great opportunity to meet new people and find out more about corporate banking The job rotations allowed me to see the huge range of roles within RBS and made me begin to consider what sort of job would be suited to me
I found the experience extremely eyeopening and from it I have learned a lot that I dont think I could have learnt any other way
