All round it was both education and enjoyable and provided me with an invaluable insight
I enjoyed my internship at RBS and the culture at the company but realised early on that I did not want to pursue a career in Operations
I had so much fun on my internship was given interesting work and sat worked with a fantastic group of people

i liked the new structure but improvements can definitely be made when carrying it out i think it needs to be a combination of showing personal initiative and organised opportunities

Placement was interesting a lot to learn throughout the business However I feel that in comparison to other intern experiences I had to do alot more comparitively to be noticed in my area due to funding issues
