A good broad range of activities
Great week Had a lot of fun and learnt loads
I was in RBS during the announcement of the restructuring but despite the tough times the internship went fine everything was done to make sure we could work in good conditions
The people were very friendly and did a great job of icebreaking between the interns on the first day
It was a great opportunity to learn a lot more about the industry and meet lots of like minded people
I think it was really a memorable experience
First day is quite long seen as its and introduction However the more interactive days and shadowing can be quite fun
It was great good start with icebreakers and good pressure from day to day
Excellent week that gave a detailed insight into what it would be like to work for RBS
Got a thorough understanding of not only Operations but the Banking World in general
some of the induction was very unrelated to what we did in the shaddowing
I really enjoyed it I became much more attached than I believed I would to my fellow colleagues
Good for variety of experience in different areas of the business
A very interesting week which gave real insight into the industry
Was very impressive with the over all internship program
Was looking forward to it for a while and the week didnt fail to meet my expectations Gained an amazing insight in to the wholesaleinvestment banking division and got a real feeling for the culture of the bank
