Very interesting week provided a very thorough insight into RBSs investment arm
It was a busy week with lots to do I felt that I learnt a lot over the course of the week

We were given a brilliant overview of the sector in the first couple of days before going into the business so we understood what we were being taught once we were shadowing In these lectures on the first two days we had some really important figures
It was great to meet likeminded people from all kinds of degree disciplines and also great to meet graduates who had recently been through the system and could give such accurate advice We had exposure right up to the seniors of the business which made
It was extremely insightful and enjoyable meeting some very helpful people along the way and learning indepth about what it means to have a career in RBS GBM

I felt I came away with a much greater understanding of the role of technology within investment banks I also got a great impression of the work culture at RBS and feel that I would thoroughly enjoy working in that type of environment
