I really enjoyed the work atmosphere and meeting lots of new people There was many other Interns on the same programme although we all worked in different departments This meant that although I wasnt working with other Interns I was sitll able to make
The lifestyle and social side was amazing the actual daytoday job was less interesting but I have now been moved to an area that does interest me
It was amazingIt offered me an opportunity to have a deep insight into the industry and help me to find my future direction
I was given autonomy over my work and exposure to lots of different parts of the business

It was certainly a work hard play hard mentality You were expected to be in at 7am promptly and would nonestop throughout the day under pressure This strongly appealed to me as I was prepared for it and knew it was necessary to fully add value and l
It was good because it covered a large range of both financial and technological topics
The work was enjoyable however being there for a limited period of time meant that I couldnt get fully involved with the ongoing deals
Still at the beginning of the Placement A tricky one for someone new into the bank especially being put into a fairly turbulent atmospghere in Ulster Having said that there is lots of opportunity to make a psotive impact
Ive learnt many things throughout the internship and gained valuable networking skills The internship was also well structured
Very much enjoyed so far particularly the variety of work assigned
I met a lot of great new people and got a very good understanding of the company and the industry as a whole
The challenge was appropriate
