the work was challenging enough to keep busy and feel tested felt overwhelming at times learning new and varied things but has been very rewarding so far

There were elements that I really enjoyed and I feel I learned alot about the workings of the Bank and how all the different areas work together However some of the work was tedious and did not really utilise my skills
Still hard to compare since this is my only Investment Banking internship
I really enjoyed my internship and can definitely see it as a full time job
It was very interesting as I leaned a great deal regarding computer programming However I was placed in a team which only did software development therefore I could not contribute as much as I would have liked due to my lack of programming skills
One of the things that made work interesting was the opportunity to rotate between two different divisions of banking Senior people were willing to part with their knowledge and took time to explain things to juniors The work structure is flat and many
good placement lot of variety amoung projects good environment good food However the project I was involved with was a bit limited and not the most enjoyable

I enjoyed the easter insight very much This is because it allowed me to gain a true insight into the banking industry especially RBS which is the main reason I applied for the program I would say the program was well planned I was able to learn a lot
