It has been good as I have gained an insight into how the firm works and their culture which you do not seeexperience until youre actually there However I feel more time doing activities related to the banks work would be better
Coming from a non financeeconomics degree background I didnt know much about finance and banking and was able to find out more about the sector which was interesting During our work shadowing part we were able to find out more about the different role
