It was interesting to hear about banking from a female perspective at a womens event It taught me a lot about the industry and some of the different roles
It was well organised everyone was friendly and helpful and the work given was constructive and often added value to the team

A good week although having done another spring week and already had a good basis of knowledge of the industry I felt that most of the sessions were quite basic Good balance of serious activities and applied skillbuilding activities
Gave me a real insight into how a large bank works
It was an ok insight into what a bank does I dont feel that I learnt anything in a huge amount of detail but very useful to learn about each individual division fairly superficially and appreciate what the bank does overall
Very well done with plenty of interaction time with both peers and employees at the firm
Overall an enjoyable week with a good group of highly competent people Gave an excellent insight into the workings of an investment bank
Very much enjoyed my time there always work to be getting on with and despite having a set of daily duties there was always something different to do

The week was great It was informative relaxed and well structured The assessment at the end didnt put a damper on the week although waiting for the results of our numerical did did give rise to a slightly more tense atmosphere for a short time
