3M offer a high quality placement no teacoffee was made on my behalf throughout the year I was given a great deal of responsibility enabling me to put into practice knowledge of business learnt at university whilst developing my key competencies
Practically everyone I have worked with has been friendly helpful and accommodating However the work I have been doing has not always aligned with what I am looking for in my future engineering career
I really enjoyed my placement at 3M you are well looked after in a company that cares about your welfare as well as your development You are given proper responsibilities from day one and lots of variety in what you can do
I have really enjoyed my year at 3M the only thing I would choose to change is to be able to select the projects I worked on and swap some of the more basic ones for more exciting challenges
