It was absolutely amazing From the very first day I have been put to work I started off shadowing the previous interns and by the end of the week I was working alone I got a complete run down of the company and the market as well as learning numerous
I thoroughly enjoyed my year at Disney I had two great managers who made me feel appreciated and gave me a lot of responsibility The office had a very positive working atmosphere and it was easy to talk to everyone on my floor

I was given a huge amount of responsibility as an intern but given plenty of support throughout the year I was never referred to as an intern but a Business Analyst which I think demonstrates Disneys respect for interns

The struggle was initially getting used to my role and the workload However my managers were so patient and willing to help but at the same time constantly challenged and pushed me to achieve more and learn more
I got the chance to work on a huge variety of projects and brands with the majority of my work live on sites Being able to point to something on the Disney sitein an app and say I did that is brilliant
