The struggle was initially getting used to my role and the workload However my managers were so patient and willing to help but at the same time constantly challenged and pushed me to acheive more and learn more

The work was varied and covered lots of bases so there was plenty to keep me occupied On top of this there were lots of opportunities to socialise and network given the massive intern intake each year and the company operating with a fairly relaxed wor
Gave me a real understanding of how a finance team works
I had a very difficult line manger who treated me like a PA
Very enjoyable no day was the same as the other Would happily work there in the future
I do think a year was too long to do this particular role
Coming to work has almost always been a joy Loved it
Had a variety of projects to work on in a friendly and welcoming team
Ive had a fantastic year at Disney and would definetly recommend taking up an internship with the company
Throughly enjoyed it Excellent all round experience
It had highs and lows but was ultimately a very enjoyable experience

Disney has a great environment to work in and lots of perks The offices are fun and everybodys friendly although sometimes I would have liked a little more responsibility
