Xerox allows their placement students to really get involved and learn what it is like to work in a real business You can see how what is learnt as university is used in the business environment
Enjoyable experience More variation would have been nice
As my role was new it was very slow to start However my role developed through the duration of my placement and I found this very challenging and rewarding
I really enjoyed the one year placement in Xerox my role my team etc However I dont think I would like to do the same role after my graduation
I dont have a lot to compare it against but not minding to get up every morning is saying something

I enjoyed the project related tasks and activities where I had been given responsibility to undertake on my own However most of my work was extremely administrative and repeatitive and thus I found it difficult to remain motivated
