It was a challenge but also rewarding
I liked the work but the HR activities where pointless and not well prepared

Superior to a number of manual jobs I have had previously but not an as enjoyable as previous internships
Barclays Capital is a great place to work and my day to day tasks were interesting
It was an insightful experience working for Barclays Capital as it exposed me to the culture of Barclays which is unique compared to my previous internships
This does not mean I had fun all the time there were very tough days many of them But in the sense that I was interested in learning I enjoyed event the tough days
It was the best job Ive had and Ive worked in various fields and in different roles The atmosphere is very work driven but friendly and there is a work to learn culture Everybody is learning and will take time out to help you learn also
It was great Environment people even the senior management were extremely nice to the interns not to mention the great skill set and experience opportunities provided
