Very well run internship giving great exposure to all areas of the bank given useful tasks to do kept busy also good fun with 50 other likeminded interns
Overall I would thoroughly recommend applications to this internship It has been an amazing way to begin my career and has been fun to experience how banks grow and make money

I really enjoyed the more general parts of the internship the exposure to senior leaders was particularly good and the graduate team put a lot of effort into the programme However not all line managers seemed to be on board with the programme and so
I was given an opportunity to take ownership of projects as well as being involved in more general activities which increased my awareness of the position as a whole
I really enjoyed most of the work I was given and felt like I could commit time to work I was interested in by building the business case for projects I felt were relevant or for which I had a passion

My colleagues and the other interns were very friendly and we were given some brilliant opportunities to meet and speak to senior executives There were also very good events put on such as a gokarting trip and the occasional drinks event
