My 2 months at phase eight has been a fantastic opportunity and has allowed me to put what i am learning at university into practice
Phase eight is a lovely company to work with it is a small team of people therefore you are given a lot of responsibility for either one or two departments Everyone was really welcoming and allow you to get fully involved in all areas of the job
I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my placement with Phase Eight I learnt a great deal that I feel I have been able to adapt to my work at University
The work atmosphere was great i was able to interact with multiple departments on a daily basis everyone was willing to help Being in a friendly environment definitely helped when learning the new job role I was able to gain insight into the processe
I am really enjoying my HR placement I believe Phase Eight have organised a great placement opportunity allowing me to experience all areas of HR in a very supportive and encouraging manner
