Absolutely loved my time at Schroders most definitely had one of the best summers The organisation and size of the programme means all the interns became very closeknit we got to know the lovely HR girls really well and my team were very supportive an
I am made to feel very welcome by my team always have something to do and also got on well with the other interns
i had a nice team and the work was interesting but i did not feel challenged enough
Intern program had good structure and gave an insight into all areas of the business

Yeh I did though the summers the summer so there was a bit too much time to kill
Everyone I worked with was great and helpful I knew it was a role I wanted to have more exposure to before I started and the only downside are FSA restrictions not allowing you to be more involved with clients Summer internships can also be quite frust
