We were given a packed schedule of talks from Monday until Friday from around 9am to 45 pm The talk were from amazing people within all the different business areas Each one give us a great insight into their area of work and what it entails
due to the pandemic it was all on zoom 9am5pm for 5 days there was sessions on different parts of the business
Listened to employees talk about their experience at Citi and in banking so far Asked questions and received helpful answers Participated in various virtual activities including trading games and IPO simulations

I found the virtual experience incredibly exciting as I found that it matched up to a typical dayinthelife experience much moreso than I thought it would Given the assumed nature of a virtual experience I believed that while it would be insightful
The Citi spring week was an incredibly valuable experience This was my first prolonged work experience in the banking industry and it allowed me to vastly broaden my network learn more about the bank the culture at Citi how to have a good career prog
