You really understand the culture of Citi once you are in the Citi Quest Program That is key in order to distinguish between the various bulge bracket banks when it comes to deciding where to apply
I really enjoyed the programme as it was varied so there was always something new and interesting to learn about
I learned so much about my division during the five days whilst also getting a strong feel for whether the career path would suit me
I enjoyed the insight as it was very well structured with plenty of opportunities to see different parts of the division and to meet many employees across the firm
