Enterprise is an organisation that is growly very rapidly thus they are always recruiting and have a very well established Management Training program which can be started by graduates or placement students It is hard work and youll always be busy but
Its been a fantastic learning experience You get a real insight in to how a business is run and it really helps develop your skills for management I have enjoyed it but expect to work very hard
The job is very enjoyable and there is a good job variety where you can learn and do so many different things there can be some days where it can become tiring if it is busy
It was a great opportunity to find out more about the corporate world I absolutely enjoyed the company culture and the projects I got to do Being able to shadow different individuals as well as visit different departments was a very unique and rewarding
I really enjoyed working there Some days were challenging as i didnt know what to expect but the team made it enjoyable

I worked in a struggling branch of Enterprise which was short staffed short of vehicles and was not receiving nearly enough support from the area manager Staff were over stretched and completely take advantage of and taken for granted
Company and colleagues were great just difficult if you are sensitive to negative customer interaction
Great atmospherse in work place people nice job was repetitive though
very enjoyable
A great experience and welcomes you to the real world Employees are great fun and everyone is up for a real life Its tough hours but really helps you prepare for the world of work with alright pay as well
