LONG DAYS AND A LOT OF COMMITMENT EXPECTED BUT A GREAT PLATFORM IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK HARD YOU WILL GO FAR WITH THE COMPANY
It took me a while to adapt from the uni lifestyle to the working world but once i got into the year i really enjoyed my job with Enterprise

EVERYONE YOU WORK IS IS GREAT LAUGH VERY SUPPORTIVE AND MOTIVATED HAVE TO BE PREPARED TO WORK HARD AND HAVE ALOT OF DETERMINATION
I FELT THAT PEOPLE WERE OVERLOOKED IN THEIR JOB ROLES AND OTHER PEOPLE WERE PRAISED FOT THINGS THAT WERE NOT DEEMED ETHICAL
I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement working as part of a team with the correct balance of responsibility and fun
Great atmosphere within the workplace
when i first started at enterprise i was very enthusiastic and excited to learn new things I loved serving customers and learning how to sell our products however i found the hours became very tedious as i was not able to arrange anything after work as
The people are mostly quality to work with But the hours are far too long to be enjoyable and the amount of sht you have to put up with from customers isnt good And its the same thing everyday which get monotonous
The hours are long and the work sometimes repedative but things move at such a pace that the day passes well
There were a lot of aspects to the placement that were enjoyable such as driving good cars and making contacts but the hours were long and there was no structure to how the work was laid out so you never knew what time youd be finishing I left the ye
Full of highs and lows on a day to day basis in reflection I can only really remember the highs
I dreaded going to work in the mornings especially the 6am shifts There was no atmosphere in the office and everyone was always miserable to be at work
I did enjoy my internship I learnt a lot quickly and feel a lot more confidant in a professional environment
Great experience gives you an insight in to so many different parts of a business that I dont think you would get on other placements
Although I was warned how long the hours were I rarely finished before 7 something which I wasnt expecting
