I really enjoyed the hands on part of trials in the factorys organisation of trials and the food science element However I do not have an interest in the piepasty industry and the hours can be very long and your life is controlled by the production pla

Some of the aspects of my first role were extremely challenging but the level of support that I recieved was excellent Experiences during my second role were very interesting and offered me a chance to expand my skill set
At first it was a real challenge getting to know how things worked and who did what etc But after a while it really does all fit into place and it is the greatest feeling knowing you are making a realy difference to the company

Both 6 month placements carried out were very enjoyable offering a great insight into the food industry
