I enjoyed the fact that we were given a project which would be of real use to the company and not just admin roles The atmosphere was fantastic amongst the interns which made the summer more enjoyable and as a result it definitelty didnt feel like a bor
It was a challenging project that developed my knowledge and allowed me to contribute to the companys knowledge base
Like any job there was days which were tougher than others but generally speaking it was a fantastic experience and one I would recommend The learning oppurtunities were enourmousI learned more in 2months with BP than in my previous years at Uni

A fantastic experience to compliment my studies at University
It varied from looking at Wikipedia to working 86 but was never boring
Enjoyable atmosphere but not always particularly enjoyable work
Very dynamic and interesting place to work lots of oppurtunities to shadow many different job roles meet people from different teams and training oppurtunities
The work I was doing was genuinely worthwhile and if I was not there would have to have been completed by my manager anyway In this way I feel I was given real responsibility and that the final outcome of my project will genuinely affect BP

I really enjoyed my placement at BP I was given a real project which if I had not done would have been done by an engineer The Dyce building was a fantastic location to work in It was very light and the food was cheap and really high quality
The work was great I was given a project that clearly had a purpose for the company but was allowed to take it in a direction that also interested me personally My team was really supportive in this and at including me in socials outside of work too
I was given a project that carried real significance for my department The placement was very well organised from start to finish with clear objectives

As expected I was a bit awkward and unsure at first but once you got a handle on what exactly it was you were supposed to be doing and what you have to do to achieve that its like youve been there for ages And this didnt take long to achieve as every
It was an awesome experience from day one We had so much fun learning from the best that there is I enjoyed talking to them going out on lunches and event out door event I attended Olympic events with my colleagues was invited to birthdays and dinn
People and training were great my role less so
BP were very proactive making sure we had plenty of opportunities to meet management understand various job roles including lunch and learn talks social events and drinks
