Our Placement Programme

At Cummins, our 12-month industrial placement scheme for undergraduates has been established for more than 20 years and is featured on a regular basis in the RateMyPlacement Best Employer guide. Choosing Cummins will open many opportunities for you. With positions available across all functional areas, we offer a wide range of training in skills that are both technical and transferable. Along with a mentor for the year, you’ll be given real responsibility along with the chance to run your own projects within your function area.
