Very friendly and helpful environment There were some great people to work with that really tried their best to help you and to ensure that you learnt something during your time there This really did make you feel as part of the team
Given varied work of real importance to the company Found it both interesting and stimulating with most of the jobs revolving around mechanical design
I was given a role that allowed me freedom in my work meaning I had real responsibilitys and an opportunity to show what I could achieve The whole programme was deigned to develop my skill set to be successful in any business environment the training sc
I found myself bored quite often but the people were very nice and sociable
I found the placement to be both a challenge but also an enjoyable experience I learnt new skills and met people I also enjoyed the area that I had to relocate to
Unfortunately whilst on placement I do not feel that I was timulated enough I do not feel I was stretched and therefore sometimes became bored

I really enjoyed my placement it gave me a first taste in to how it feels to work as a full time engineer I was given support throughout but still given the freedom to work on my own and make my own decisions
I had a very enjoyable experience while on placement with CGT I would be extremely interested to go back as a full time employee
