I have been given a lot more responsibility which I loved but this is according to how much you want to accept Hasnt just focused on job was also given opportunities to do Young Enterprise and charity work
Ive actually really enjoyed my time here at Cummins working in the Manufacturing Shop Operations Department I feel I have learn quite alot such as the assembly processes of how engines are built monitoring productions data etc and have also bettered
The placement year here at Cummins has been an amazing experience opened up to the world of work and been able to continually developed during the entire year

I used little experience gained from university although a good experience from a business environment very boring at times due to the content of the job role
Yes I did enjoy the placement and i feel that I have developed alot of skills here that I will be able to transfer to other jobs in the future
