Real work and different everyday
Really good Work is varied interesting and challenging Really felt I was doing a full role and not just treated like an extra so I was really part of the team

I enjoyed my placement every day i was always given different exciting opportunities each and every day which gave me plenty experience and variation
It gives a feel of what I will be doing for the rest of my life career Cummins treats you as and qualified engineer with responsibility for the sucess or failure of the tasks project
The job was demanding but there was great opportunity to learn and every opportunity was given to attend relevant lectures and seminars at places like the IMechE The job has helped me learn and grow so much and given me valuable experience to draw back
Fantastic oppertunity Thoroughly enjoyed the day to day challenges and found on the most part that everything undertaken was new and everyday learnt something new
Cummins has a very diverse work force which makes everyone feel welcome
There are enjoyable projects and you have the responsibility of being one of the team although being caught in the paper work side of releasing products can be annoying
A very good working environment I was seen as a valued member ofthe team and feel that I have met people I will stay in contact with in the future The work load was constant and rarely a dull moment The only down side was some tasks were a bit tedious
A lot of support was provided by fellow employees and becoming a part of a team helped enhance my learning I enjoy it most of the time
Opportunities where given to travel and training was also available The things that I had learnt at University i could easily apply to my everyday job
