Very enjoyable indeed ability to progress in terms of responsibility through the year very friendly atmosphere support and guidance available when requested

I was exposed to a number of areas of manufacturing thus making my placement varied and challenging throughout the year
I have found this year to be extremely enjoyable and beneficial The role was challenging and came with a great deal of responsibility which I found to be surprising but a big advantage The department offered a range of opportunities throughout the year
The Salary package was not the best
From my first day to the last I feel my capabilities were noticed and greater responsibilities given to me Help was on hand whenever I required it and all emplyees are encouraged to branch out in work with other functions broading knowledge and opportun

Very enjoyable work placement Cummins really ensure that you have room to develop and progress within the work environment
There were days which flew by and were very enjoyable and many that were a hue struggle to get through On the whole the beginning of the placement year is fairly boing as you are not able to assume much responsibility with it becoming more interesting
Enjoyed the start of the placement went downhill a little midway through and then picked up again for the second half of the year
I really enjoyed it it gave me some really good contacts and I will be looking for a future in a similar field
The work offered was to a Engineers level and was very varied encompasing all aspects of the role
First three months were an uphill journey as this was the first time I was working in engineering My colleagues were great and perfectly understanding of my anxiety and helped me a lot during my training
Great company to work for provide all the training and guidance I could have wanted and Im going to return to uni and my 3rd a much stronger and knowledgeable undergraduate
