The week was very enjoyable a good balance between interactive demonstrations and useful QA sessions

It was a lot of fun meeting everyone and the sessions throughout the week were enjoyable
Very insightful with lots of networking opportunity Unfortunately there were no work shadowing available for the divisions I am interested but the case studies and workshops were extremely useful
I looked forward to the next day as each days itinerary was very different and filled with many opportunities to meet people and participate in workshops and presentations I could see myself grow and improve as the week progressed

There was a variety of panel discussions case studies and work shadowing that made it enjoyable
HR put a lot of effort in organising this week for us and you could tell we were meant to feel like we wanted to wok there as much as they wanted us to work there
The bank made a huge effort to expose us to all areas and divisions providing an array of speaking and interactive tasks
Overall a good week which gave a great overview of banking
