It was a very good placement as it taught me a lot of valuable skills for working in software development
My first placement was a big disappointment I had no work the team wasnt interested in me they did not include me in their daily business This was very disappointing considering that I had worked 7 years in that area and was more qualified than some
I thoroughly enjoyed it and felt it was very fulfilling
The week overall was great fun The work shadowing available is incredibly insightful for an introduction to each department within the organisation
It was a very good opportunity to get to know how Bank of America Merill Lynch works and to meet some of the employees
The week was well structured and I met loads of talented interesting individuals

This was an invaluable opportunity to discover about all the divisions of the bank and to talk to many different business representatives to understand what their roles actually covered
