It was an amazing time
The insight programme was really enjoyable and allowed me to meet some great people both employees and interns
Good at learning about all the different divisions of the bank to help make the decision on where I would like to complete a full internship Also very interactive and a good balance of presentations work shadowing and games etc
Truly a fantastic week in which I made many friends as well as contacts that will come in useful in the future
The BAML spring insight week provided me with a very good insight to the bank

It has been an outstanding opportunity to have a general view of the industry
I thoroughly enjoyed this week I met many fantastic people and learnt much regarding Investment Banking and many other financial fields
The insight was varied with presentations informative sessions along with trading games and networking

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Bank of America Merrill Lynch The week was full of engaging talks activities networking and shadowing all of which helped me understand the business better and know its right for me
The first few days were extremely tiring as the first day was just an initial overview However the third day things picked up since there were interactive games a networking dinner on the fourth day and half day on the last day
Good atmosphere amongst the interns
It was very insightful and the day was very much filled with a mix of listening to presentations and doing more interactive things
Great insight week developed good network of people at the bank but also importantly with the other insight students
It was a really fun and worthwhile experience
The work shadowing available is incredibly insightful and you get an introduction to each department within the organisation giving you the opportunity to decide which department is right for you
It was a great insight into the workings of the bank with appropriate and well thought out talks and exercises that made for a very informative and worth while week
