Really enjoyable BAML did a great job of showcasing the different aspects of the business putting on events and getting interns to interact For anyone looking to take their first steps into banking the BAML spring week is perfect for allowing students
It was a great way to meet other students who share an interest in finance and are all hungry for more The week was also quite interactive and consisted of a variety of interesting workshops and shadowing sessions
I really enjoyed it however it would have been good to have done some more shadowing The insight we got into the company was very interesting though and really made me want to work for Bank of America

I loved going into work every day The people were great to be around as well
