I am thoroughly enjoying my internship with Hay I have been given a lot of exposure to many aspects of the recruitment industry and have learnt lots of new skills
Hays is an amazing company to work for allowing you to grow both professionally and as an individual
I really enjoyed my time at Hays the culture was energetic and fun with lots of group incentives to work towards I was given lots of support and coaching as well as training which helped me meet my targets
I felt that the internship was very interesting and exciting especially in experiencing working in a corporate environment and finding out what exactly is required in recruitment

Throughly enjoyed every aspect of it the rotations were were really helpful as we managed to get an overview of a variety of different departments and towards the final weeks I saw how they worked in harmony together My colleagues were all lovely and
I enjoyed the rotational aspect of the internship being able to gain insights on different parts of the business Also having the other interns with me was great because we could share our experiences with each other and it helped me fit in very well
Some sections werent as lively as others or as fast moving so sometimes Id be left without work to do which was frustrating at times
very enjoyable envirnoment and every day was different It was nice to be making a telling contribution to both the company and the public
There was a good mixture of work and socialising as the role is very much a sales role meaning there is plenty of banter floating around the office
I learnt a lot throughout the year both in terms of how businesses operate and what is expected of you in the world of work
I have learnt so much from my time at Hays I have met some great people learnt valuable life skills and built up my confidence There is a good social vibe at Hays and the team will go out together most weeks Some of my time here has been difficult an

It is a very fastpaced environment which can be stressful at times but the people are very understanding and helpful
