would not choose this again if I knew what I was letting myself in for
I liked the people I worked with and the benefits I had from having money from a full time position In terms of the role itself I did not enjoy it it was far too limited Not ideal for a student who is here to learn
The whole experience was amazing from what I learnt to my manager and colleagues
I really enjoyed the experience of working with Hays I feel I have learnt a great deal and I am more commerically aware than when I started You are given the opportunity to meet with clients and learn about different businesses
No support from colleagues
Very enjoyable If right position when I graduate would definitely consider returning
the Job is challenging and the company is the largest recruiter in the country with many benefits that will put you in a good position for the future
had 5 different roles whilst on placement
Management support was excellent Plenty of opportunities to implement own ideas into the business and work to a style that suited you Dedication and a passion for the job was key to any recruitment consultants success
It was the hardest thing Ive ever done in my life Not easy working to strict targets and deadlines with constant pressure long days in the office as well 830am 600 pm
At the time it was a stressful job looking back on the year it had shown me numerous life and industry skills that i am sure will prove essential when i come to work in my chosen industry
Found it quite dull and tedious
Did not enjoy it at all Wish I had gone somewhere else
No two days were the same
