We are interested in you as a person, so we won’t make you sit through any psychometric tests, but this means your initial application needs to impress our recruitment team.
Our Application Process:
- Submit your application and CV.
- If successful with your initial application, you will be invited to complete a video assessment.
- If successful, you will be invited to an interview virtually via Microsoft Teams. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you, but also for you to get to know us. Interviews for all our Placement roles will take place between 28th October to 22nd November.
- If successful, you will be invited to our Assessment Centre which will take place between 25th November to 11th December. We will be able to give you a more specific date during the interview. We will cover your travel expenses to ensure that getting to us is not a barrier.
