fun working atmosphere hard to get used to the reasonably long hours after spending all year at university good integration with interns from other departments
I was made to feel extremely welcome and valuedI never felt like a placement student I was always treated like any other employee and got involved in team meetings meals etc
I really enjoyed my internship particularly in the second half when I knew my team and project a lot better and could be given more work

It was brilliant the culture of this company is not like a usual finance firm They really make you feel welcome and everyone is open for you to just walk up to them and have a chat even senior employees

BlackRock really made the whole experience extremely enjoyable great people great culture and even as an intern I was addition to important decision making processes in the organisation
Split between two teams one teams work was much more enjoyable than the other

Was given mostly interesting and important tasks to do there was the odd admin task
