The internship provided a great insight into Portfolio Management and gave an insight into what Fixed Income involved through shadowing people on different desks and completing a few projects of my own
The hours were long the office was stressed but it was amazing
Whilst the other interns and graduates were very friendly and helpful more experienced established employees were less approachable and the work load was extremely intense as well as the pressure from day 1

The structure of the internship was very good My team was friendly encouraging and understanding of my relative lack of knowledge
I liked the work did as it was similar to some aspects of my degree that I enjoyed
